TRAFFIC INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TRAINING
Bennington Rescue

This is a FREE training and about 3.5 hours long.

The goal is to provide training to our front line personnel on how to respond, assess and quickly clear traffic incidents. All too often we are seeing poor traffic incident management at crash scenes which puts everyone in dangerous situations. This training is a federally funded program that is administered by the Governor’s Highway Safety Program. In the next couple of years, this training will be required for everyone. (Just like NIMS) So get yours now! This training is designed to get all responders, police, fire, EMS, tow truck, highway, engineers, etc. everyone on the same page.

You can find information here: http://ops.fhwa.dot.gov/eto_tim_pse/about/tim.htm
